As you craft the bullets, try to use the C-A-R method (challenge-action-results) to phrase them: outline the challenge, the specific actions you took to address it, and the results that were achieved. Though quantifiable data can strengthen the impact of the achievements, some roles don’t measure results in this manner. If you do have numbers, however, try your best to incorporate them into the resume.
